Candidates are sourced via the local media, referrals, internet advertising, headhunting and of course our database.

The candidate's CV is screened to make sure they have the skills and knowledge to match the clients requirements.

All candidates are interviewed via the telephone or in person prior to being forwarded to the client.

The cost to our clients for a successful candidate placement will be a percentage of the gross annual salary of the vacancy filled.

Should a candidate be found to be unsuitable after an agreed period of time a replacement will be found at no extra cost to the client.
