Affilate Manager
The client requires an Affiliate Manager to manage the expansion of this crucial area of the business.
As an Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire affiliate offering with a strong emphasis on increasing affiliate recruitment as well as maximizing the ROI for our partners’ affiliate programs.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage affiliates for the in-house affiliate network
- Increase the ROI from programs being run across affiliate networks.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular reports
- Provide regular communication to affiliates
- Present to members about the developments and success of the companies affiliate programs.
- Manage the strategic growth of the affiliate network.
- Originate and execute market leading affiliate promotions.
Skills and Knowledge:
A minimum of 3 years Affiliate Management experience Successful track record of providing a positive ROI though Affiliate Marketing
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Understanding of online marketing, including search engine optimization, keyword bidding, online tracking systems and email marketing.
- Ability to establish rapport via e-mail and phone
- Extensive experience working with excel reports to produce detailed analyses.
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent project management and organization/time management skills
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Self motivated and target driven.
- Tenacity and target orientated to ensure that all work is completed to schedule
- The ability to think both analytically and creatively
- An enthusiastic team player.

- Good at prioritisation.
- Good attention to detail.
- A multi-tasker able to juggle several complex tasks concurrently.
