Croatian Customer Service Representative
Online Gaming Customer Service Executives required for our client's 24/7 call centre operations based in Gibraltar.
Essential Requirements:
- Croatian native speaker
- Must hold a valid EU passport
- Excellent telephone manner
- Very good IT user skills
- Good command of English both oral and written
- First class customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Problem solving skills
- Be prepared to work flexible hours
- A keen interest in sports, poker and games
The Package:
A relocation package is available (2 months in a company apartment) and they will also pay for flights for the interview.
Starting salary is £17,000 pa to be increased to £20,000 pa (£19,000 pa if shift work is not required) after successful 3 months probation period.
