English Customer Service Representative (Poker)

One of the World's leading providers of on-line gaming entertainment is currently looking for an English Customer Service Representative with dedication and vision to fill the vacancy at their office in Gibraltar.

All applicants MUST currently live local to Gibraltar.

The Role:

  • Answering customers' questions via e-mail and telephone, following standard procedures and using internal tools
  • Questions can be related to Accounts, Payments, Betting, Sport, IT etc
  • The call centre style department currently has 90 other CS agents from 22 different countries
  • Suitable applicants must be a Native Speaker in the requested languages and preferably have previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment
  • An interest and knowledge of sports is an advantage
  • This is a busy environment so it is important to stay cool under pressure
  • The candidate needs to be flexible, Customer Service work shifts, currently between 8am-midnight, Mon-Sun

Requirements:

  • MUST be currently living local to Gibraltar
  • Native English speaker
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good command of English both spoken and written
  • First class customer handling and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Problem solving skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Team Player

The Package:

Starting salary is £17,000 pa to be increased to £20,000 pa (£19,000 pa if shift work is not required) after successful 3 months probation period.

Salary: £17,000+ Position: Permanent Location: Gibraltar
