Risk Management Executive
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to work in an on line gaming environment as a Risk Management Executive.
As part of the Risk Management Team you will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraud on our gaming websites, resolving problems on account related issues and ensuring high levels of customer care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Fraud prevention and analysis of customer deposits and accounts
- Developing improvements to procedures and systems, in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care
- Analysing affiliate accounts in order to monitor any irregularities
- Investigating risk issues relating to third party processors
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office internet applications
- Experience of working in a risk management/fraud capacity in online gaming
- The ability to solve problems and analyse complex information
The Salary package will reflect experience and qualifications to-date.
