Secretary/PA

The Client requires a PA Secretary.

Must have a minimum of at least two years secretarial experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and minute meetings with senior clients
  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Prepare and administer office schedules
  • Ability to Multi Task

Required Skills:

  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be highly organised
  • Team Player
Salary: £22,000+ Position: Permanent Location: Gibraltar
